These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between db8 and users ("User" or "Member") of the db8 platform and all its services. 4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus (total ৳2,200). Before withdrawing the bonus, a total of ৳12,000 (৳1,200 × 10) must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; if not used before it expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers may not apply at the same time — the terms of each offer apply separately.
• db8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if a user is found ineligible or has violated the terms.
• Bonuses can only be withdrawn from the balance added alongside the original deposit — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts, the same device, or the same IP address may result in account closure.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

db8's VIP program has 5 tiers, which users advance through based on their activity:

• Bronze: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%.
• Silver: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%.
• Gold: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.5%.
• Platinum: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.6%.
• Diamond: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%.

The cashback amount is calculated in accordance with the cashback terms of the relevant tier. Cashback is paid each week according to a set schedule.

5.1 Strictly Prohibited Actions

The following activities are completely prohibited on the db8 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the permanent closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited:

• Participating in money laundering or fraudulent activities.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using a false identity, fake information, or another person's identity.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform using bots, automated software, or any technology.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by coordinating with other players (collusion).
• Exploiting the platform's security systems or technical vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets on behalf of other users or managing their accounts.
• Working for or participating in professional betting syndicates.

5.2 Reasons for Account Suspension and Closure

db8 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice if:

• Evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Information provided is proven to be false or misleading.
• Unusual activity is identified on the account.
• The user is proven to be under 21 years of age.
• Action is required in accordance with a legal directive from an authority.
